I'm in the final chapters of drafting Lost Planet, the sequel to Stranded. It's been longer than I'd like between releases, but I hope the book will be worth the wait! I'm anticipating a release date of June 27, 2025, though I'm waiting to update the release date on the official Amazon pre-order until I hear from beta readers.
The success of this series completely caught me by surprise, so I didn't have other books in the series ready to go. However, I don't want to be one of those authors who pumps out a book a month. I would burn out incredibly fast at that pace, and I know it would show in my work. I plan to release three or four books a year (approximately quarterly), and I hope readers will find that to be an acceptable pace.
So, you know what to expect from this series, I'm planning on at least seven books right now. The first four will cover one story arc while setting up a second three-book story arc after that. I'd be happy top continue the series indefinitely beyond that point as long as readers would like more books. In short, you can could on at least seven books, but we can keep going if you want more!
I'm so excited to explore this new world with you, and I hope readers will enjoy the sequels as much as the first book!

Excellent post, Dr. Luis! Your insights on maintaining balance and wellness through regular exercise truly highlight the importance of consistent care — much like how proper vehicle maintenance ensures long-term performance. At Kwik Kar Auto Dallas, our professional and expert auto repair shop provides authentic and affordable car repair services, including oil change service, Hampton brake repair and service, Transmission fluid changes, Vehicle differential services, and Steering wheel flush service. Our specialists also handle PCV valve services Dallas, cabin air filter replacement, Car DOT inspection, and Tire inflation service near me, ensuring every vehicle runs at its best.
Congratulations on the upcoming release! It's so inspiring to see creative projects come to life. Your journey is a great reminder that there are many different paths to success. For instance, I've known talented people who initially pursued a non-traditional educational route, like using a GED exam help service to get their high school equivalency diploma as a first step. That foundational credential can open doors to community college writing courses or other formal training, which is a fantastic way to build the skills needed to eventually bring their own creative worlds to life, much like you have.
